Position is responsible for consistent and profitable growth in sales, by high energy prospecting and maintaining new accounts. 5 years of commercial building related selling services. B2B experience is required. Individual must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem- solving skills in a fast- paced environment. This position is an Outside Sales position and requires daily travel.
Responsibilities
Developing new business and creating a pipeline of potential contacts for custodial services
Manage and grow customer base to achieve monthly sales goals
Maintain existing client relationships by providing on-going service and support
Generate and build business relationships through networking events and industry contacts
Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects through Salesforce
Prepare sales and marketing proposals and presentations
Requirements
High school Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Equivalent
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven customer service orientation and closing skills
Professional phone demeanor with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility with sales strategy- cold calling, prospecting and networking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
Previous experience in property management
Experience in using CoStar
